Shipping policy

 All Screen Print Transfers are Ready To Ship and will ship within 24 hours of an order being placed Monday-Friday. This excludes weekends and Holidays.

Graphic Tees are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your order before it ships. (Excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days *6-10 days for international depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that USPS delivery times are estimations and are not guaranteed.

Once your order leaves our facility we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or missing please contact your local post office and/or UPS for assistance. Luna Wren Boutique LLC is not responsible for any USPS or UPS shipping delays. 

If you are concerned about your package being lost or stolen, we recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout.

 Any additional taxes, duties, or other fees placed on international orders are solely the customer's responsibility.
