We offer custom reprints of our sold out single color designs

When will my order ship?

Ready to ship prints will ship Within 24 hours Monday-Friday (Excluding weekends and Holidays). Custom reprints ship within 5-10 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays).

When will my order arrive?
Depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically Anywhere from 2-7 business days. Please note USPS does not guarantee delivery times. 

Can I use your Mockups on my website/facebook group?

You can only the mockups found in our VIP Facebook group. Please do not take any images directly from our website. Also we ask that you add your business name or logo to the mockups you want to use.

Can a Cricut Easy Press be used to apply transfers?

We don't recommend it. Use at your own risk. Very heavy pressure is required to apply our transfers. Our pressing instructions are strictly for use with a commercial heat press.

If I buy your transfers can I sell the apparel I make with them?

Yes you can!

When do new Transfers drop?

Wednesday's at 6pm CST! 

What material can screen prints be pressed on?

Our screen prints can go on any fabric! And any color! Yes even 100% Cotton

How do I make a return?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Can I use an iron with these?

No an iron will not work with our transfers

My order was lost/stolen/misdelivered/says it was delivered but wasn't

As stated in our shipping policy, Luna Wren Boutique LLC is not liable in these situations as the package is out of our hands. Please reach out to your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. They will be able to assist you and possibly locate the package. You can also file a report with them if needed.

What type of printer makes the transfers?

Screen print transfers cannot be made at home and are not made with a printer.

We ship to Canada, Australia, and the UK

What is your minimum?

No minimums required for ready to ship transfers. However, A minimum of 10 is required for custom reprints.

Do you offer bulk pricing

Can I buy in bulk?

You are welcome to purchase as many transfers as you want from our available stock

What are the washing instructions?

machine wash INSIDE OUT in COLD water. NO FABRIC SOFTNER. Tumble dry INSIDE OUT on low. Or hang to dry (recommended)
